Introducing "My Bales"

My Bales is our exclusive program by which our customers can reserve any number of our bales that are up for sale for their own specific purchase.

We realize that many of our customers do not have the ability to store many large, round hay bales on their property.  Yet they know that they will need to feed their livestock throughout the annual feeding season, usually mid-October through the end of the following March.  By only buying 1 or 2 bales at a time, they run the risk of a hay shortage at the end of the feeding season and having to pay very high per bale prices as the available hay runs scarce.  The My Bales program alleviates that concern, with all bales the same price through the year regardless of when you pick them up.

There are 3 easy steps.  You contact us and tell us how many bales of hay you would like to purchase for the entire feeding season.  This number, of course, is based on how many head of livestock you own and your feeding program for those animals.  We then "reserve" that many bales of hay and assign them just to you, we do not sell those bales to anyone else.  When you need hay, contact us with a day and time that you will come for pick up.  You can get 1, 2, 3, 4, or however many bales you need.  You pay for only the number of bales you pick up that day.  For the remainder of the bales you have reserved, we keep on our property and store for you.

That's correct!  We operate on the honor system where our word can be depended upon by others.  We extend the same to our customers.  If you say you want to reserve 16 bales throughout the feeding season, then that number is good for us.  We'll save 16 total bales for you.  Our only request is that you come and pick up your bales before March 31 (the end of the typical feeding season).  If you would like us to deliver them to you, please see the FAQ page for our delivery methods.

Sure, no problem.  The My Bales program works like this:

1. Take a moment and determine how much hay you will need for your livestock throughout the annual hay feeding season.
2. E-mail, call us, or stop by and tell us the total number of bales that you wish to "reserve" under your name.
3. Throughout the feeding season, come by and pick up however many bales you need or can carry in your truck or trailer.  Pay us at that time for only the bales you take.
4. Come by and pick up more bales throughout the hay feeding season.
5. Keep doing this until March 31, when you will need to pick up the remainder of the bales that you have reserved.
